The Execu|Search Group acquired TechLink, a Upper Saddle River, New Jersey-based provider of IT staffing in the New York tri-state area and nationwide.

TechLink, based in Boston, was founded in 1997. Its IT specialties include staff augmentation as well as end-to-end project management.

“TechLink is highly strategic for us — accelerating The Execu|Search Group on its growth trajectory and helping it to further penetrate specialized markets,” said Jud Samuels, partner at New Heritage Capital, the Boston-based private equity firm that owns The Execu|Search Group.

The Execu|Search Group is a New York-based staffing firm that provides staffing in finance/accounting, healthcare, technology, human resources and pharmaceuticals.
