Genuent, a Houston-based IT staffing subsidiary of the Willis Group, named Kip Wright as president and CEO, effective Jan. 3. In the new position within the firm, Wright is responsible for all facets of executive strategy and leadership for the Genuent organization. 

Wright has served in numerous leadership roles with staffing and workforce solution companies, and has been included in the Staffing 100 list of most influential people in the staffing industry four times times. He most recently was senior VP of Manpower, North America. Prior to that, he was senior VP of ManpowerGroup Solutions, which includes MSP (TAPFIN), RPO and talent-based outsourcing.

Genuent has more than 90 employees in eight offices and revenue of $86 million.
