NALTO names new president

The National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations appointed Jarin Dana as president for a two-year term. Dana is chief financial officer of Fusion Healthcare Staffing.

He succeeds Matt Young of All Star Healthcare Solutions.

“I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire NALTO board of directors and all our member companies for their unwavering support and dedication over the past two years,” Young said. “I have full confidence that Jarin will continue to lead this organization to new heights, and I look forward to witnessing the continued success of NALTO under his guidance.”

Dana has served as Fusion Healthcare Staffing’s CFO since 2014 and has been an active board member of NALTO since January 2017.

He was also featured on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 40 Under 40 list in 2017.

“In recent years, the NALTO presidents have pushed to bring value to member firms through valuable resources and initiatives that are critical to the overall success of the industry,” Dana said. “My role as the CFO of Fusion Healthcare Staffing brings a more technical perspective on issues related to finance, tax, legal and risk that are especially relevant for the initiatives we are working on at NALTO to ensure our industry can continue to thrive.”

The National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations, founded in 2001, is a professional association dedicated to advancing the practice of locum tenens within the healthcare industry.
