NALTO’s new president, board

The National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations announced updates to its board of directors, led by President Stacey Stanley who officially became NALTO’s president at this spring’s annual convention in La Jolla, Calif. Stanley will serve as president for the next two years while continuing as president of Dayton, Ohio-based Next Medical Staffing, a firm she founded in 2009 and her third ownership venture in healthcare staffing.

“Stacey’s expertise in healthcare staffing, executive leadership experience, and dedication to the locum tenens industry brings enormous value to our membership,” said Melissa Byington, previous NALTO president and group president of CHG Healthcare.

The NALTO board also appointed two new directors:

  • Matt Erickson: VP, LocumTenens.com
  • John Daniel: director of recruiting, Kingwood, Texas-based Alliance Recruiting Resources

Daniel is a charter member of NALTO and returns to the board as chair of the ethics committee, which he co-founded in 2001.

The following members were also re-elected to the board:

  • Andrea Boehme-Hernandez: Medstaff National Medical Staffing
  • Brent Harrolle: All Medical Personnel

NALTO board members each serve a two-year term.
