ProLink Staffing, a Cincinnati-based healthcare staffing provider that ranks among the largest healthcare staffing firms in the US, named Kris Cannon as chief workplace solutions officer and Jessica Bacher as chief people officer.

Cannon formerly served as ProLink’s senior VP of client services, while Bacher was senior VP of workforce and talent strategy.

Cannon will oversee ProLink’s client experience and will be heavily involved with sales strategy; he has more than 20 years of experience.

Bacher will oversee ProLink’s people strategy. Prior to ProLink, Bacher held executive leadership positions such as chief talent acquisition officer with Bon Secours Mercy Health and VP, HR systems and analytics, at Schumacher Clinical Partners.

Both will report to CEO and co-founder Tony Munafo.
