Prolink, the ninth-largest US healthcare staffing firm, named former ManpowerGroup Inc. executive Chris Layden as its chief operating officer and former Cross Country Healthcare Inc. executive David Durbin as its chief strategy officer.
“Chris and David have impressive track records driving strategic sustainable growth and innovation,” Prolink CEO Tony Munafo said in a press release.
Layden had served as senior VP for Manpower North America and later as VP and general manager of ManpowerGroup. He appeared on SIA’s 40 Under 40 list in 2019. He also serves on the board of the National Minority Supplier Development Council Inc.
Durbin previously served as senior VP of program management at Cross Country Healthcare, but he also held leadership roles at Cielo and AMN Healthcare Services Inc. and spent 18 years at Iron Mountain.
Cincinnati-based Prolink also ranks No. 8 on SIA’s 2023 Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms list.
