Dedicare, a healthcare staffing provider based in Sweden, changed the name of its British subsidiary, Templars Medical Agency, to Dedicare Healthcare Ltd. The company announced the change last month.

Templars was acquired last year by Dedicare, and the integration of the two companies is largely be complete after the name change, according to the firm.

“The fact that we will continue to work under a common brand will be a strength in our continued growth, and also makes it easier for us to take advantage of the group's resources in marketing and digitization,” said Fiona Thomson, CEO of Dedicare Healthcare Ltd, formerly Templars Medical Agency.

Dedicare has operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and the UK. It provides staffing in healthcare, life sciences and social work.
