Jackson Healthcare completed its acquisition of LRS Healthcare, a healthcare staffing firm based in Omaha, Nebraska. The deal was first announced in May.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.

Prior to the acquisition, Jackson Healthcare ranked as the fifth-largest healthcare staffing firm in the US while LRS ranked as the 25th-largest.

Founded in 2006, LRS Healthcare provides nurse and allied health staffing. It will continue operate under the LRS brand name from its location in Nebraska. Jeff Beckmann, president of LRS, will continue in his role, along with the company’s management team and nearly 500 associates.

Jackson Healthcare, based in Alpharetta, Georgia, is the parent organization of specialized healthcare staffing, search and technology companies.
