LRS Healthcare, a healthcare staffing firm based in Omaha, Nebraska, announced an investment in Staffing Engine, a recruiting acceleration platform based in Boulder, Colorado.  

Founded in 2020, Staffing Engine enables staffing firms to increase productivity using conversational bots. The investment provides growth capital to Staffing Engine and supports the expansion of its artificial intelligence offerings and staffing tech stack integrations. 

“The importance of clinicians and the work they do to improve the lives of patients everywhere cannot be overstated,” Jeff Beckmann, president of LRS Healthcare, said in a press statement. “We strive each day to ensure their experiences are not just positive but seamless and convenient. I know that our partnership with Staffing Engine will only further our approach in this area.” 

The investment calls for Kevin Needham, senior VP of technology at LRS Healthcare, to join Staffing Engine’s board of directors. 

LRS Healthcare was acquired by Jackson Healthcare in 2023.
