LocumTenens.com promoted Brooke Thompson to senior VP, customer operations, and Susanne Hodges to senior VP, information services. Both will join the senior leadership team.

Thompson began her career with Jackson Healthcare, LocumTenens.com’s parent company and the second-largest US provider of locum tenens staffing, as a college intern. She was hired by the customer care department at LocumTenens.com in 2004 and promoted to director of the customer care division in 2006 and to VP in 2011. 

Hodges joined LocumTenens.com in 2017 as VP of customer experience and innovation. In her new role, she now leads LocumTenens.com's approach to technology, innovation, data analytics and customer experience. Prior to joining LocumTenens.com, Hodges spent 15 years working across a variety of industries with a focus in customer experience, strategic planning and business transformation.
