Actalent, which SIA ranks as the largest engineering staffing firm and the largest life sciences staffing firm in the US, announced that Aerotek’s scientific and clinical business serving Europe, the Middle East and Africa has rebranded as part of Actalent. Both are operating companies of Allegis Group.

Aerotek last year separated its three specialized business units — industrial, professional, and engineering and sciences — into independent operating companies. Actalent formed as its new brand by bringing together Aerotek’s engineering and sciences divisions and EASi, an engineering and sciences services company. 

Aerotek’s scientific and clinical business in Europe, which delivers a range of talent solutions to life sciences companies across EMEA, bolsters Actalent’s existing Europe-based engineering services operations.

“Together, we’ll be able to create even more opportunity for our customers across EMEA and meet the increasing demands for technical expertise,” said Amir Al-Ajooz, Actalent’s head of business operations in Europe. “Our teams and delivery centers in the UK and Switzerland, covering EMEA, are highly specialized in working in life sciences.”
