People on the move: Robert Half, Wipro, Intelliswift, Aerotek, Felix and more

Robert Half Inc. named John Reed as senior district president for technology talent solutions, overseeing operations throughout the Western US. He will lead Robert Half’s technology and marketing and creative practice groups across the region. A 25-year veteran of the firm, Reed has held key leadership positions within the technology practice including regional director, district president and executive director. In 2017, he helped launch Robert Half’s managed technology solutions, which provides a strategic blend of talent solutions and consulting services.

IT services giant Wipro Ltd. appointed Anne-Marie “Annie” Rowland as CEO of its Capco subsidiary, which provides IT and management consulting in the financial services and energy industries, effective April 1. She takes over the role from Lance Levy, who led Capco for nearly a decade; Levy will become a strategic advisor and continue supporting the company. Rowland joined Capco 14 years ago and has since served in a series of executive roles. She will report to Wipro CEO and Managing Director Theirry Delaporte and join the executive committee.

Intelliswift Software Inc., a staffing and software solutions provider, announced Surej KP took over the CEO role from founder Pat Patel, who moved into the role of chairman and will continue supporting strategic initiatives. KP joined Intelliswift as president in 2019; his prior experience includes management roles at UST Global, Cognizant and TCS.

Aerotek, an operating company within Allegis Group, appointed Tony Bartolucci as VP of services to lead its new outsourced services offering. Aerotek’s services solutions include comprehensive maintenance, construction support and manufacturing support services practices, and Bartolucci’s team will include sales, practice and delivery experts across North America. 

Felix added Scott Sammon as a managing director in the executive search practice. He has 25 years of experience as an executive search consultant and coach for healthcare providers nationwide and will join practice leader and managing director J. James O’Malley in supporting the firm’s healthcare and life sciences practice and other industry segments. Felix has a US headquarters in Chicago and a Canadian headquarters in Toronto. It provides leadership consulting, outplacement, executive search, recruitment and organizational effectiveness consulting.

Akraya Inc., a Silicon Valley-based IT staffing and consulting firm, appointed Swarn Kamal as director of finance for India. Kamal has more than 18 years of experience in financial landscapes across IT, ITeS, software, Big Four consulting and staffing in the US, Canada and the UK. Most recently, Kamal was VP at US Tech Solutions; he has also held roles at Innova Solutions, Deloitte Consulting, Thomson Reuters and E&Y.

Daxtra, a provider of AI-enriched recruitment software, announced Don Tomlinson joined the organization as chief technology officer. He has more than 24 years of experience leading product and engineering organizations, with a focus on building HR technology solutions for global companies. Most recently, Tomlinson led UKG’s talent acquisition and talent management product portfolio; before that, he was the CIO and COO at Talent Plus and CTO at ATS Secured. He has also held global technology roles at Kenexa and IBM.

Andela, a global talent network that helps companies build remote digital talent teams, appointed Kishore Rachapudi as chief revenue officer. Rachapudi has more than three decades of experience in the technology consulting and outsourcing sectors and previously was chief commercial officer for Thoughtworks North America. The addition follows other new executive hires including chief marketing officer Kelly Wenzel and chief business officer Tony Capasso; Wenzel joined Andela from Amazon and Capasso joined from Auctane.

Helios, a global human capital management and payments platform set to launch this year, appointed Michael Bercovich as CFO. Bercovich previously was CFO for employer-or-record provider Atlas HXM; both firms were founded by Rick Hammell.
