iWorkGlobal expanded its offerings to include both domestic and international services in a merger with Nelson Compliance, effective this month. Both firms provide a comprehensive suite of compliance and international workforce solutions.

Previously, iWorkGlobal and Nelson Compliance worked jointly, but separately, to provide international and domestic services, respectively. The combined company will operate under the iWorkGlobal brand and be led by Jeff Phelps, who had held dual CEO roles for both iWorkGlobal and Nelson Compliance.

To support the expansion, iWorkGlobal launched MyVista, a single point-of-service platform for clients.

“Historically, the workforce management space has lacked transparency and timeliness due to the process-oriented, one-off nature of communications,” Phelps said. “Through iWorkGlobal’s MyVista, clients continue to benefit from the exceptional level of service they’ve come to expect from our company; now, our clients also have easy access to a real-time picture of their global workforce through self-service tools that allow them to get the information they need when they need it.”
