ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: ZI) announced that it acquired Comparably, a platform based in Santa Monica, California, that enables employees to post reviews of their companies and salary information. It also provides tools in the job post optimization category for employer branding and recruitment marketing.  

ZoomInfo expects to pay approximately $145 million for Comparably and Dogpatch Advisors LLC, a go-to-market consultancy focused on building revenue teams, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

“Comparably is a unique platform trusted by employees and businesses as a source of truth on company cultures, and it provides vital solutions to amplify a company’s employer brand,” said Henry Schuck, founder and CEO of ZoomInfo.

ZoomInfo is a technology firm that aims to provide data and analytics on people and companies for professionals in sales, marketing, operations and recruitment. The company this week had announced first-quarter 2021 revenue of $241.7 million, a year-over-year increase of 57.7%.

ZoomInfo is based in Vancouver, Washington.
