ZeroChaos hired Kelly Abrahamsen as executive VP of global human resources, people and culture. She will support all aspects of ZeroChaos’ human resources function worldwide.

ZeroChaos provides VMS and MSP services as well as independent contractor compliance and risk management, RPO, statement-of-work solutions and other services.

Abrahamsen most recently was director of human resources at Masonite International. Prior to Masonite, she held various human resources roles at ITW and Gardner Denver. She also spent eight years at Kohler Co. and Federal Express.

“Kelly brings a wealth of experience delivering human capital strategies and change management programs to help develop talent and build quality processes for effective employee engagement,” said Doug Goin, chief administrative officer at ZeroChaos.

Headquartered in Orlando, Fla., ZeroChaos has global operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Global private equity firm The Carlyle Group recently agreed to make a “substantial” investment in the firm.
