ZeroChaos appointed Jim Burke as CEO to lead the company’s growth under the ownership of The Carlyle Group, which last year announced a “substantial” investment in the firm. Burke will also join the ZeroChaos board. Gordon Coburn, ZeroChaos’ executive chairman and acting CEO, will serve as chairman.

The appointments take effect immediately.

ZeroChaos provides VMS and MSP services as well as independent contractor compliance and risk management, RPO, statement-of-work solutions and other services.

Burke most recently was CEO of Advanced Discovery, an eDiscovery firm. Prior to Advanced Discovery, he was CEO of telemedicine company vRad, and CEO of Global Compliance, a provider of ethics and compliance software and services. He was previously president of global information services at Dun & Bradstreet, and served as an officer in the Marine Corps for eight years before starting his business career.
