Executive search firm ZRG today announced its acquisition of Terra Search Partners, a retained executive search firm exclusive to the real estate industry.

This move comes shortly after ZRG added RoseRyan to bolster its consulting capabilities and its US West Coast presence and expanded into Australia.

“The team at Terra Search is a great addition to our real estate practice. Real estate expertise is required in all sectors of the economy, and all functional skill sets are required within the real estate industry, which is ideally suited for ZRG’s cross-sector, interdisciplinary approach to human capital,” said Larry Hartmann, CEO of ZRG.

Terra Search Partners, based in San Francisco, was founded by Matt Slepin in 2006 around the concept that retained executive search has the power to help clients beyond the job placement.

“We’re looking forward to joining the ZRG family, and I am excited to partner with Kevin Jones to lead the ZRG real estate practice,” Terra Search Partners founder Matt Slepin said.

New Jersey-based ZRG, a portfolio company of RFE Investment Partners since 2018, provides a suite of retained search, on-demand talent, and consulting and advisory solutions globally.
