ZRG, the eighth-largest executive search firm in the US, announced its acquisition of Hub Recruiting, a boutique recruiting process outsourcing provider based in Bedford, Massachusetts.

“Increasingly, our clients have asked for support for volume hiring in complex sales, engineering, and technical roles, but we did not have that capability,” said ZRG CEO Larry Hartmann. “Hub adds that capability, enabling us to support recruiting for project-based, volume hiring of more senior roles globally.”

Hub Recruiting provides growing technology companies with embedded recruiters or entire recruiting teams to meet hiring challenges ranging from one hire to entire organizational buildouts.

Hub Recruiting is ZRG’s fourth talent management acquisition in the last 17 months. The company acquired culture entertainment industry search and consulting firm Sucherman Group in June 2021, consulting firm Walking The Talk in July 2021, and retained executive search firm SEBA International last month.
