Executive search firm ZRG Partners Inc. acquired certain assets of the Epsen Fuller Group, an executive search firm based in New York City.

The transaction took effect today; terms were not disclosed. The Epsen Fuller brand will be absorbed into ZRG.

As part of the asset acquisition agreement, Thomas Fuller, formerly managing partner and CEO of Epsen Fuller Group, is joining ZRG Partners as managing director and global practice leader for the consumer sector. He will also be a member of the board, technology and life science practices.

Founded by Fuller in 1997, Epsen Fuller Group operates in major markets and business centers worldwide and has completed hundreds of board and leadership projects for Fortune 500, mid-cap and SMEs, as well as private equity or venture-backed clients in the consumer, digital and lifestyle, life sciences, and technology sectors.

ZRG is based in Rochelle Park, NJ. The multipractice global search firm targeted sectors include life sciences, industrial, financial services, consumer, private equity and technology.
