Workers sue for wages under new overtime rule despite injunction (Inside Counsel)

June 12, 2017

The Department of Labor’s controversial overtime rule — that had drawn concern in staffing and other industries — remains under an injunction by a Texas court, but a group of Chipotle employees sued the fast food chain alleging it should still be following the rule now, Inside Counsel reported. “Payroll was about to massively increase for companies.
