Waltham Mass.-based WinterWyman Search expanded Scott Ragusa’s responsibilities and named him to the newly created role of president of search and contract staffing, effective immediately. He will now oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of WinterWyman's New England contingency search, while continuing to manage the contract business.

Ragusa joined WinterWyman in 1999, following positions at two national staffing firms, and is a former member of the board of directors of the Massachusetts Staffing Association.

“Since Scott joined the firm in 1999, he’s been instrumental in shaping and growing WinterWyman Contract Staffing into the thriving business it is today,” said CEO Bob Boudreau. “In his new role, I’m confident Scott will apply this same brand of leadership and expertise as we continue to seek opportunities to expand our search practice in the markets we serve.”

WinterWyman offers contingency search, contract staffing and executive search services. The firm operates throughout the Northeast; targeted sectors include accounting and finance, human resources and technology.
