WilsonHCG, a global provider of RPO, executive search and consulting based in Tampa, Florida, acquired Personify, a Raleigh, North Carolina-based RPO firm.

Founded in 2006, Personify specializes in the life sciences, healthcare, biotech and pharmaceuticals sectors and other industries experiencing skills shortages.

“Personify is one of the largest life sciences and healthcare RPO providers in the world, so this expansion enables continued growth while cementing our position as a global leader in talent acquisition,” WilsonHCG CEO John Wilson said.

In addition to RPO, Personify provides executive search recruitment marketing services.

The move follows WilsonHCG’s 2022 acquisitions of Tracking Talent, a South African talent solutions provider, and labor market intelligence platform Claro Analytics.

WilsonHCG, founded in 2002, has a presence in more than 65 countries and six continents.
