The San Bernardino County Sun reports Walmart and Schneider Logistics agreed to a $21 million settlement for wage and hour violations at a warehouse in Southern California. Walmart and Schneider had claimed in the lawsuit they were not employers of the workers because of contracts with temporary staffing agencies, according to the report. For the story, click here.
