Volt Information Sciences Inc. (NYSE MKT: VISI) named Juliana Su as president of its VMC Consulting Corp., which provides technology outsourcing services such as development, quality assurance testing and customer support. It serves clients in the mobile, entertainment and consumer technology devices sectors.

Su has more than 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Volt, she served as managing partner for Etoile Consulting LLC, a strategic consulting firm to private and public sector companies. She also previously served as COO and global VP of emerging sectors at Openet, a provider of mobility software solutions.
