Vaco, a global staffing firm based in Tennessee, named Steve Kass as chief revenue officer to spearhead the company’s revenue-focused strategies.

Kass has nearly three decades of experience driving business transformation for talent solutions and consulting businesses. He started his career in sales and recruiting for an S&P 500 global firm and progressed into regional and global leadership roles. Since 2022, Kass has been working in offshore delivery of data analytics and data architecture, specializing in the financial services industry.
