Vaco Holdings, a Brentwood, Tennessee-based staffing provider, announced the appointment of two executives to its leadership team: Lisa Weaver as chief administrative officer and Megan Schuster as chief marketing officer.

As Vaco Holding’s first chief administrative officer, Weaver will report to CEO and founder Brian Waller and work closely with functional leaders across the company and operational leaders across all of the Vaco Holdings family of brands. Weaver most recently served as senior VP of operations support and North American CFO at business process outsourcing company Sitel.

Schuster joins Vaco from Aon, where she held several leadership roles, including chief marketing officer for North America. Prior to that, she held senior marketing leadership roles at Aetna (part of CVS Health) and JPMorgan Chase. Schuster has 15 years of experience in B2B marketing and communications across financial services, commercial real estate, healthcare and professional services.

“In light of our incredible growth, and in anticipation of our ongoing growth, we are adding meaningful horsepower to our executive leadership team through the addition of Lisa and Megan. Both will help posture the company for all that is to come; Lisa through organizational standardization and optimization and Megan in branding, marketing and go-to-market strategy,” Waller said.
