VMS rebranding as Workday Vndly

May 12, 2023

Vndly, the VMS provider, is rebranding as Workday Vndly, the company announced in a blog post this week. The move follows Workday’s acquisition of Vndly in 2021.

The company will also be changing its user interface to reflect a new look and feel that will align with the Workday brand.

Going forward, the company also plans to include more machine learning in Workday Vndly.

Workday’s acquisition of Vndly closed on Dec. 21, 2021, after the company had first announced plans to acquire Vndly on Nov. 18, 2021. At the time, the deal called for Pleasanton, California-based Workday to pay $510 million for Vndly.

The company describes Vndly as the only VMS that can directly connect into its core data foundation. Also, Vndly already had more than two dozen customers using its integration to Workday Human Capital Management prior to the acquisition, according to the blog.

Similarly, in 2016, when software firm SAP acquired VMS provider Fieldglass, it rebranded to SAP Fieldglass.
