Driven Inc., a legal eDiscovery and data management solutions provider based in Fall Church, Va., acquired eDiscovery firm Omnivere.

Driven last year acquired Update Legal, the fourth-largest legal staffing firm in the US, and Driven CEO Ozzy Jimenez told Staffing Industry Analysts that the new acquisition will result in a 20% increase in its staffing business.

“While the Update acquisition in 2018 expanded our service offerings, the acquisition of Omnivere further extends our geographical reach and operational scale,” Jimenez said.

Omnivere is headquartered in Chicago with offices in Houston and New York. It targets midsize and tier-one firms.

The transaction closed Dec. 31; terms were not disclosed. Omnivere will transition to the Driven brand.
