Reuters reported the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore, Singapore’s antitrust body, proposed fines on human cloud ride-share firms Uber Technologies Inc. and Grab, provisionally finding that their merger had reduced competition. The commission also warned it may require the companies to unwind the merger.
