The number of people filing initial jobless claims in the US fell for the third straight week in a row last week, ABC News reported, noting that’s good news for US workers but bad news in the fight against inflation. Filing for initial jobless claims fell by 2,000 in the week ended Feb. 25 to a total of 190,000. However, the four-week moving average of claims rose by 1,750 to a level of 193,000.
