UPS announced it will hire more than 100,000 seasonal workers to meet the demands of the upcoming 2023 end-of-year holiday season.

The company hired a similar number of employees a year earlier during the same period.

The package delivery company is filling a range of full- and part-time seasonal positions, primarily seasonal delivery drivers, commercial driver’s license drivers and package handlers. The company also plans to offer competitive wages and multiple shifts in hundreds of locations across the US.

Furthermore, some regions will also have permanent positions available for early applicants.

“The best talent delivers the best service. That’s why we’re proud to offer industry-leading pay for UPS part-timers, full-timers and seasonal employees alike,” Nando Cesarone, executive VP and president, US, said in a press release.
