The Trump administration's move to curtail H-1B visas survived an initial court challenge on Wednesday, Bloomberg reported. In a ruling in Washington, US District Judge Amit Mehta declined to bar the administration from imposing the visa restrictions while a legal challenge to them plays out. The case was brought by a group of 169 Indian nationals who recently returned to India after living in the US on work visas and are now attempting to return.
