TrueBlue Inc. (NYSE: TBI) announced three executive promotions, including promoting Kristy Willis to the role of president at its PeopleReady business. Willis has been with PeopleReady since 2018 and has more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. She most recently was chief sales and operations officer at PeopleReady.

Prior to TrueBlue, Willis had spend nearly 20 years at The Adecco Group, including serving as senior VP for the Western region.

In addition, TrueBlue named Rick Betori as president of its PeopleScout business. Betori has been with TrueBlue since 2011; he most recently was PeopleScout’s managing director of the Americas.

By taking on their new roles, both Willis and Betori are succeeding Taryn Owen, who served as brand president for both PeopleReady and PeopleScout prior to being appointed president and COO of TrueBlue in 2022. Owen now oversees all operating brands — PeopleReady, PeopleScout and PeopleManagement — as well as the company’s technology, human resources, marketing and communications functions.

TrueBlue also announced that Caroline Sabetti has been named chief marketing and communications officer of TrueBlue. Sabetti has been at TrueBlue since 2002; she most recently was chief marketing officer for PeopleReady and PeopleScout as well as senior VP of communications for TrueBlue.
