TransForce Inc., a nationwide truck-driver staffing firm headquartered in Alexandria, Va., on Monday announced the formation of the TransForce Group, its new parent company.

The company will now operate through three service lines: TransForce Group Education and Training Solutions; TransForce Group Recruiting and Employment Solutions; and TransForce Group Compliance and Safety Solutions.

TransForce ranks No. 22 on SIA’s list of largest industrial staffing firms in the US.

Its new structure and branding will more accurately reflect its range of services, according to the company. TransForce has made 15 strategic acquisitions in the past 10 years, including this month’s acquisitions of Drive360 Logistics, a transportation recruitment firm targeting truck drivers and diesel mechanics, and Miami-based The CDL School, a commercial truck driving school.
