TransForce acquires trucker staffing firm Driving Ambition

September 26, 2017

TransForce Inc., a nationwide truck-driver staffing firm headquartered in Alexandria, Va., acquired the assets of Driving Ambition, a regional provider of commercial truck drivers in the central US.

The transaction was completed Monday; terms were not announced. Driving Ambition will operate independently for the rest of 2017 and will begin integrating into TransForce in the first quarter of 2018.

CEO Jeremy Reymer will be leaving Driving Ambition to expand his other business, DriverReach; the other members of its senior team will be joining TransForce.

“Driving Ambition is a great addition to our company and a perfect fit in our acquisition strategy,” said TransForce President and CEO David Broome.

Driving Ambition, headquartered in Indianapolis, operates in 15 markets in the central US. It counts about 600 internal staff drivers.

TransForce ranks No. 22 on Staffing Industry Analysts list of largest industrial staffing firms in the US.
