Titan Security Group LLC, a security solutions provider based in Chicago, acquired the security staffing operations of Prudential Security Inc., a Taylor, Michigan-based provider of on-site security guard services and mobile patrol services for properties.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Titan Security Group will add 700 team members to its brand and expand its existing service area to 14 states: Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Alabama, Kansas, Mississippi, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
