SIA’s 2023 list of 40 Under 40 leaders and innovators in the staffing industry is now online. The list highlights the up-and-coming trailblazers in the industry.

“In a time of great challenge and great opportunity, it’s exciting to honor the leaders recognized in this year’s 40 under 40 class,” SIA President Barry Asin said. “Congratulations to our 2023 honorees for pushing forward undeterred and bringing a new generation of leadership to the industry.”

SIA’s 40 Under 40 recognizes professionals from companies operating in the US who stand out as industry leaders and elevate the ecosystem through their efforts. It is not a ranking, but a list that includes workforce specialists, entrepreneurs, executives, innovators, creators, influencers and more.

The list, along with the profiles of the honorees, is also featured in the July/August 2023 issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine. The 2023 honorees will be formally recognized during SIA’s Collaboration in the Gig Economy conference taking place Sept. 19-21 in Dallas.
