The true measure of success for a contingent workforce program is adoption. That was one of the messages delivered in a keynote speech by Staffing Industry Analysts’ Dawn McCartney today at the start of the largest-ever CWS Summit North America conference. McCartney, VP, CWS Council, also commented on the need for contingent workforce program managers to have a mission statement in place as well as a strategy.

The CWS Summit North America kicked off today in Dallas, bringing together contingent workforce program managers and others.

More than 1,200 attendees are slated to attend this year’s event, making it the largest CWS Summit since the conference began 18 years ago.
