The Panther Group, a staffing and recruiting firm based in Massachusetts, acquired Enterforce Inc., a Wisconsin-based managed service provider, through a stock purchase on Dec. 30, 2022.

The acquisition will enable The Panther Group to expand its footprint across the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Enterforce, founded in 2001, will continue to operate as an independent division of The Panther Group.

“This acquisition is viewed as a joining of two extraordinary companies very similar in experience and culture, with practice strengths that are highly complementary and that will enable us to provide a new and broader set of services to our clients,” The Panther Group CEO Sean Cogdell said.

The Panther Group, founded in 1992, operates throughout North, Central and South America.
