The SIA | Bullhorn Staffing Indicator reached an index level of 97 in the week ended Sept. 30 — its highest level since March. The increase suggests that a seasonal ramp-up may be underway.

Both commercial and professional staffing hours worked rose during the week compared to the previous week, though they were still down year over year.
