TalentWave, an independent workforce engagement solutions provider, appointed Kieran Brady as COO, a new role within the firm.

Brady was one of the founders of IQN and held a variety of leadership roles for the Denver-based VMS provider, most recently serving as executive VP, market strategies. Before joining IQN, he was a principal sales consultant for Oracle, and senior practice manager for Cap Gemini America.

Based in Denver, Brady will be responsible for expanding TalentWave’s infrastructure and managing the customer success teams.

ICon Professional Services acquired Synergy Services in October 2015 — both operated in the independent contractor compliance/payrolling space — and the combined company in March rebranded as TalentWave. The company’s proprietary iConnect SaaS technology platform provides independent contractor compliance, agent-of-record, employer-of-record professional payroll services, vendor qualification, subcontracting, talent re-engagement, global services and advisory services.
