Staffing firm System One has rebranded The Rowland Group, which it acquired in July 2019, to the System One brand, the company announced today.

“The Rowland Group rebrand was a tough decision as the name is extremely well-known and has a superb reputation in their operating markets,” System One COO Greg Lignelli said. “But in the end, the System One brand carries the weight of a top 25 US largest staffing firm and the timing allows us the opportunity to deploy some of our technology and communications tools into their hands ultimately improving delivery for their clients and talent.”

Staffing segments served by The Rowland Group include energy, engineer, technology and finance/accounting. It has offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Houston.

“The Rowland Group is eager to introduce the System One brand to Tulsa and strengthen its presence in the Houston market,” said Lynn Flinn, senior VP of The Rowland Group.

System One ranks as the fourth-largest US engineering staffing firm. Last December, the Pittsburgh-based announced a significant investment from Oaktree Capital Management LP.
