Pittsburgh-based staffing provider System One acquired NTP Wireless, a wireless site acquisition company headquartered in Chicago.

NTP Wireless will maintain its brand and will operate as part of MOUNTAIN, LTD., a System One division.

NTP Wireless provides site acquisition services including site identification, permitting, leasing and zoning services. NTP Wireless supports mobility infrastructure through custom solutions in small-cell technology, new site builds and site modifications that enhance network capacity and coverage range.

The transaction Aug. 27; terms were not disclosed.

The deal follows System One’s acquisition in January of juvo telecom, a telecom, wireless and engineering services and staffing company. 

“We remain diligent in our support of wireless infrastructure innovations, growth and expansion of telecommunications,” System One President and CEO Troy Gregory said. “Bringing NTP under the System One umbrella allows us to seamlessly grow our MOUNTAIN, LTD. Division.”

System One ranks No. 21 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2018 list of largest staffing firms in US, and No. 11 on the global list of largest engineering staffing firms.
