Synergis, ZRG, Lean Solutions, N2Growth, Slone Partners and Stanton Chase announce personnel changes

Synergis, an IT staffing firm based in Alpharetta, Georgia, is separating the roles of CEO and president. Synergis founder Doug Ross will serve as CEO and has named executive VP Tracey Klein as president. Klein has more than 25 years of experience and has appeared on SIA’s Global Power 100 Women in Staffing list.

Executive search firm ZRG appointed Amanda Fajak as CEO of its culture consulting division, Walking the Talk, effective immediately. Fajak takes over from founder Carolyn Taylor, who will transition to a senior advisor role and focus on key client and keynote speaking engagements. Fajak has been a part of Walking the Talk leadership since 2014 and has more than 25 years of experience in culture management.

Lean Solutions Group, a Coral Springs, Florida-based provider of nearshoring and offshoring staffing services, appointed Chris Strammiello as chief revenue officer. Strammiello most recently served as senior VP of channel sales at Kofax. Before Kofax, he held leadership roles at Nuance and Xerox. Strammiello has more than 25 years of experience in sales, strategic operations and marketing.

N2Growth, a Philadelphia-based global leadership consulting and executive search firm, named Alberto Herrero as managing partner for its Spanish operations. Herrero and his team join N2Growth as part of the company’s acquisition of Spanish executive search firm Blacksmith. Herrero will report to CEO Kelli Vukelic.

Slone Partners, an executive search firm focused on life sciences and healthcare based in South Riding, Virginia, appointed Mike Mosunic as president of Slone Partners Cybersecurity. Mosunic founded Slone Partners Cybersecurity’s predecessor Wolf Hill Group before its acquisition by Slone Partners. Mosunic served as Slone Partners’ chief operating officer from 2005 to 2009 and returned in 2020.

Executive search and consulting firm Stanton Chase promoted director Iris Drayton-Spann to managing director in Washington DC. Drayton-Spann oversees human resources, public media, nonprofit and for-profit diversity executive placements and leadership consulting. Before Stanton Chase, Spann was VP of human resources and chief diversity officer at WETA TV.
