Supreme Court lets hacking conviction stand against former Korn Ferry exec (Ars Technica)

The US Supreme Court let stand the hacking conviction of former Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) executive David Nosal, who was convicted of computer hacking after leaving the company to start his own executive search firm, Ars Technica reported. After quitting Korn Ferry, Nosal urged a former colleague to give her credentials to two other employees who downloaded proprietary Korn Ferry information. Nosal was sentenced to one year in prison.
