Superior Group announced that Brian Christel was promoted to the role of president of its Superior Talent Resources operations. In addition, it also named a new VP of operations for its West region and a new VP of business development for its West region. Buffalo, NY-based Superior Group ranks as the 35th largest staffing firms in the US.

Christel takes over his new role from Scott Stenclik, who remains in the CEO role and integrally involved in strategic oversight. Christel most recently was VP, West region.

Alana Alcini is stepping into Christel’s former role as VP of operations, West region. Formerly overseeing operational activities in the Northwest region as a regional director of operations, she now spearheads all recruitment and operational strategies in the West region.

The company also reported Ryan Stenvick will serve as VP of business development, West region. Previously overseeing operational activities in the Southwest region as a regional director of operations, he now leads all business development efforts within the West region.
