Strategic Staffing Solutions promoted Sheena Wells to MSP program director to lead all of the firm’s active MSP programs.

Wells’ duties will include leading internal MSP fulfillment team members, four foundation customer steering committees, more than 200 suppliers, 350 customer users, Strategic Staffing Solutions’ VMS software partner and more than 1,300 new engagements across all job categories.

Previously, Wells served as national program manager over the Trinity Health MSP and managed more than 100 supplier partners across the nation. Procurement operations for the MSP included both clinical and nonclinical personnel.

Prior to serving as national program manager, Wells served as Strategic Staffing Solutions’ Detroit branch resource manager, supporting an executive VP, account managers and recruiters as well as managing more than 600 consultants for a host of customers.
