Staffing 360 Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: STAF), a New York-based staffing provider, terminated Nicholas Koutsivitis as its senior VP, corporate controller (principal accounting officer). The company announced the move in a filing Wednesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Koutsivitis had been named principal accounting officer in an announcement in November 2022. At the time, the company said Koutsivitis has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and leadership. He had served at Staffing 360 from 2014 through 2017 as a corporate controller before leaving to serve as CFO of a privately owned staffing firm. He returned to Staffing 360 in 2020.
