Staffing 360 receives Nasdaq noncompliance letter over delayed 10-Q but plans to file soon

October 27, 2023

Staffing 360 Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: STAF), a New York-based staffing provider with operations in the US and UK, received notification from Nasdaq that it is not in compliance with listing rules because the company has not yet filed its Form 10-Q quarterly report with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the period ended June 30.

The move has no immediate effect on the company’s stock listing, though its stock could be delisted if the company does not regain compliance.

Staffing 360 stated it plans to request a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, which will automatically halt any trading suspension or delisting action for an additional 15 calendar days following the date of the request; it will also request that the stay be extended through the hearing.

Staffing 360 Solutions expects to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30 in the coming weeks, the company stated in a press release.
