Transportation and logistics staffing firm Spectra360 announced today that it acquired Raso Solutions, an offshore recruitment process outsourcing and technology firm based in Cebu, Philippines.

The deal closed May 20. CEO Andrew Bergen said it will enable Burlingame, California-based Spectra360 to reach new clients and diversify its offerings to current clients.

Spectra360 ranked No. 1,707 on last year’s Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies with revenue of $14 million.

Brian Brown, the founder of Raso, will join Spectra360 as its COO. The deal also calls for Spectra360 to retain all of Raso Solutions’ internal staff.

“Having served as a board member for Spectra360 prior to the acquisition, I am proud to join the company full time,” Brown said. “The Spectra360 business model aligns with the culture of Raso and I believe this move will benefit both Raso and Spectra employees.”

Terms of the transaction were not announced.
